Sir Vilas Pathare Patil is a seasoned cricket professional, mentor, and visionary who has dedicated his life to developing the next generation of cricketing talent. With certifications as a Level 1 and Level 2 coach, and extensive experience in both playing and coaching, he brings unmatched expertise and a deep passion for the game.
Having played in prestigious leagues such as the Maharashtra Premier League (MPL), Mumbai’s Kanga League, and representing Baroda Cricket Association, Sir Vilas understands the demands of competitive cricket at every level. He was also among the top 3 selected at the Gatorade Pace Foundation — a testament to his skill and dedication as a fast bowler.
At MIDAS Cricket Academy, he leads from the front, combining structured training methods with modern techniques like video analysis, performance tracking, and mental conditioning. His player-first philosophy ensures that each student receives the attention, motivation, and guidance they need to grow — not only as athletes but as individuals.
